This language disorder has changed names several times.Since 2017, the term used is Developmental Language Disorder. It can also be called DLD.
Who are we?
Dysphasie+ Association is a non-profit organization.
The organization supports people who have Developmental Language Disorder (DLD – Dysphasia).
The goal of Dysphasie+ Association is for DLD to be better known. Dysphasie+ wants every person to have access to the right services, regardless of their age or the severity of their difficulties.
The organization offers services in Laval and Montreal.
Our Mission
To support people who have Developmental Language Disorder (DLD – dysphasia) and their loved ones:
Provide necessary information
Accompany them
Promote awareness of existing services within our network
To promote inclusion of people with DLD in society:
Educate the public
Raise awareness in different environments about the realities of these individuals
